Huawei Ascend P6, G700 & G610 Android phones now available in India


Three new Huawei Android smartphones have landed in the Indian market. Part of the company’s Ascend-series, Huawei Ascend P6, G700 and G610 are now available at online retailer Infibeam.
Talking about Ascend P6 first, the smartphone was introduced back in June this year and is one of thinnest smartphones in the world with just 6.18mm thick chassis. It features 1.5GHz quad-core processor, 4.7-inch HD in-cell display, 8MP rear camera, 5MP front-facing camera, and Android 4.2.2. The phone also comes with 2,000 mAh battery, 8MP rear camera with BSI sensor BSI camera and F2.0 aperture.
Huawei Ascend P6 has been priced at INR 25,750 in the country.
Coming to Ascend G700 and G610, both the smartphones were announced last month and come with 5-inch display (although different resolution), 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 and Android 4.2. Other specifications can seen below.
Huawei Ascend G700 : 1280x720p HD IPS display, 2GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, 8MP rear camera and 1.3MP front camera
Huawei Ascend G610: 960x540p qHD display, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of storage, 5MP rear camera, and 0.3MP front camera
While Ascend G700 has been priced at INR 16,500, G610 is being sold at INR 12,499.
In related news, Huawei India is also expected to release Ascend Y511 and Y320 budget Android phones in the coming weeks.
